Shipping policy

We will endeavor to send your purchase on the next working day after your order is placed and payment received.

NEW ZEALAND

We offer flat rate shipping to all locations in New Zealand.   And Free Shipping on all orders over $100.00.  Your purchase will be sent tracked by courier.   

For all purchases we will let you know by email when your purchase has been sent. This will include your tracking number, so you can track your item all the way to your door.

If you have a custom order we will keep you informed via email of it's progress and shipment date.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery times.  

 

INTERNATIONAL

Packages will be sent via Tracked International Courier. They have a targeted delivery of 3-10 working days.  Due to COVID-19, delays in courier shipping time frames are likely.    

Please be aware you may still have to pay international customs charges, duties or taxes in your country in addition to the cost of postage.

 

We do not offer refunds for non delivered packages sent by Tracked Courier.
